2.1 Contribution to Editorial Decisions

2.2 Qualification and Promptness

Reviewers should accept an invitation only when they have sufficient expertise to evaluate the manuscript. Reviewers should complete their evaluations within the agreed timeframe. If they are unable to complete a review on time, they should inform the editorial team as soon as possible.

2.3 Confidentiality

Manuscripts received for review must be treated as confidential documents. Reviewers must not share, copy, distribute, or discuss the manuscript or its contents with others without permission from the editor.

3.1 Reporting Standards

Authors are responsible for presenting their research accurately and honestly. Manuscripts should describe the research methods, analysis, and findings clearly and sufficiently to allow readers to understand the research. Authors must not intentionally fabricate, falsify, or manipulate research findings.

3.2 Originality and Plagiarism

Authors must ensure that submitted manuscripts are original works. All sources, ideas, statements, data, and materials obtained from other works must be appropriately acknowledged and cited. Plagiarism in any form is unacceptable, including direct copying, substantial unattributed paraphrasing, and presenting another person's work as one's own. 3.3 Multiple, Redundant, or Concurrent Publication

The publisher respects the independence of the editorial team and does not interfere with editorial decisions concerning the acceptance, revision, rejection, correction, or retraction of manuscripts. The publisher supports the journal in addressing publication ethics issues and maintaining the integrity of the published scholarly record. The publisher does not allow commercial interests, advertising, or other external considerations to influence editorial decisions.
