Menelisik Keberhasilan Manajemen Kampanye: Uya Kuya Sebagai Caleg DPR RI Dapil DKI Jakarta II Pada Pemilu Legislatif Tahun 2024

This study aims to examine the success of Uya Kuya's campaign management as a candidate for the Indonesian House of Representatives (DPR RI) in the Jakarta II electoral district (Dapil) during the 2024 legislative elections. The problem addressed in this research relates to the limited understanding of effective campaign management strategies for increasing electability in highly competitive electoral districts, often referred to as 'hell districts'. Additionally, there is a need to evaluate the key factors influencing the success of political campaigns within the scope of legislative elections in Indonesia. The methodology employed is qualitative research with a literature review approach, involving descriptive data analysis from various secondary sources such as books, documents, and relevant articles. The research findings indicate that Uya Kuya's campaign management, including the recruitment of campaign teams, the determination of messages and media, as well as adaptive evaluations during the campaign, succeeded in increasing electability and winning the election in a highly competitive district.

Bintan Regency is one of the districts/cities in Indonesia that implements the STBM program in order to improve sustainable clean and healthy lifestyles by reducing the problem of open defecation in Bintan Regency. Kelong village is one of the villages that implements STBM, but Kelong village has not been declared an Open Defecation Free (ODF) village/sub-district because some of the people still build houses above the sea so they still practice defecation even in private. The aim of this research is to evaluate the First Pillar Community-Based Total Sanitation program to Stop Open Defecation (BABS) in Kelong Village, Bintan Pesisir District, Bintan Regency.

The type of research used is evaluative analysis with a qualitative approach. The informants in this research were employees of the Bintan District Health Service, Kelong Community Health Center sanitarian workers in the field of environmental health, employees of the Public Works, Spatial Planning and Land Services and the Kelong village community who received benefits from the STBM program. The data collection tools used were observation, interviews and documentation. Next, a qualitative analysis was carried out. From the research results, it is known that the implementation of the STBM program in Kelong Village is still not optimal. Suggestions that can be given for this research are that the relevant agencies should respond more to reports or complaints from the public regarding the communal septic tank facilities that have been built in Kelong Village.

The phenomenon of asking for alms on the road for religious needs is one that is currently happening, but the phenomenon of asking for alms on the main road is certainly not only felt by Muslims, because people of other religions or non-Muslims also feel it because they are also users of the road. . thus causing discomfort for road users. The aim of this research is to find out the phenomenon of donations on this road according to the sociology of religion. The method used is incidental sampling which is a data collection technique by finding respondents by chance in one place without planning. The finding in this research is that each mosque has its own way of seeking funds for the renovation of its mosque, and these actions can be analyzed using Max Weber's theory of social action.

In the context of the quality of elections, transactional politics and money politics have always been a bug in the quality of elections in Indonesia. In the context of election law enforcement, including related to transactional politics, Bawaslu is an institution established to enforce election law, including money politics. Unfortunately, various data show that money politics is still the dominant political strategy in elections. This research seeks to prove that there is an implementation gap between Bawaslu's authority in enforcing electoral law and the existing reality and find out what factors cause the implementation gap. In addition, this research seeks to provide recommendations regarding the existing implementation gap. This research uses descriptive qualitative research with data collection methods of literature study and document study which are correlated with the existing theoretical basis. The result of this research is that there are several things that cause the implementation gap such as the difficulty of defining money politics which is a systemic problem in policy capacity theory. The recommendations presented in this study are First, the need to strengthen the role of Bawaslu as an election supervisory institution by providing more comprehensive authority in the investigation and examination process. Second, there is a need for a firmer and clearer legal change related to money politics, as well as an increase in sanctions for violators.

Efektivitas Bantuan Transportasi Laut Masyarakat Desa Numbing Kecamatan Bintan Pesisir

The Bintan Regency Government provides transportation assistance to the people of Numbing Village so that it can be used to make it easier for people to carry out activities between islands. In practice, the use of government-assisted ferries is still not efficient due to various obstacles, namely lack of members and inadequate operating hours. The aim of this research is to determine the effectiveness of sea transportation for the Numbing village community so that sea transportation becomes more effective and efficient. The research method used is qualitative with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation, interviews and documentation methods. The samples in this research were the Head of the Infrastructure Division of the Bintan Regency Transportation Service, the Head of the Finance Program of the Bintan Regency Transportation Service, the Numbing Village Secretary, the ship's captain, and the community. Primary data uses interview techniques with secondary data in the form of documentation, journals, books and field observations. From the results of this research, it can be concluded that assistance for sea transportation for the community of Numbiing Village, Bintan Pesisir District, can be said to be effective, if seen from the provision of ship assistance. However, the factualization that occurs in the field can be considered less effective. This is due to the lack of operational hours maintained by ship managers, so that people still find it difficult to enjoy the sea transportation provided.

According to the existing phenomenon, there are still budgets that have not been fully realized this is due to the lack of accurate reporting to make a report that will see its realization. A weak reporting system will have an impact on the reports that have been made by the LAKIP team. The purpose of this reporting system is to find out whether the preparation of the LAKIP can run well and also to correct whether there are still errors in the preparation. The purpose of the study was to analyze the performance of government agencies at the DPRD Secretariat of the Riau Islands Province. In this study, the theory used is the theory of opinion. The operational concept of Sony Yuwono, et al (2005: 36). The population in the study amounted to 5 people, the data analysis used in this study was a qualitative descriptive data analysis technique.

Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the Performance of Government Agencies in the Riau Islands Provincial DPRD Secretariat Office has been going well but is still not optimal, this can be seen from the results of the research. access by the public, but if you look at there is a website, https://dprd.kepriprov.go.id/ where if you look at the information provided should have been able to be obtained by the community because it has been presented but in reality, the content of the website is very limited, even the information section is empty, information is still very minimal, even profiles, leaders, and so on can not be accessed, then there is another website that is used, namely https://ppid.kepriprov.go.id/informationpublik but it is also very limited, for the Riau Islands Provincial DPRD, no information is found whatever. Suggestions that can be conveyed is the need for increased disclosure of information that is easily accessible by the public. There needs to be an increase in performance in seeing the needs of the public or the community.

Peran DP3AP2KB Terhadap Pencegahan Pergaulan Bebas Remaja Di Kota Batam Tahun 2021

This research aims to determine the role of the Department of Women's Empowerment, Child Protection, Population Control and Family Planning (DP3AP2KB) in preventing cases of promiscuity in Batam City in 2021. This research is research that uses qualitative research. The informants in this research were the Head of Family Prosperity and Family Empowerment (KSPK) DP3AP2KB, Ambassadors and Members of the Batam Genre, Teenagers who are classified as promiscuous, and Parents of Teenagers in the city of Batam. Data was collected using a semi-structured interview method. The results of this research state that DP3AP2KB has played a positive role in preventing promiscuity in Batam City. Continuous efforts need to be made to increase youth participation, improve program success, and respond to field constraints more effectively in order to achieve the desired results in protecting adolescents from promiscuity. .
