Stunting cases refer to several sub-districts, such as Pinang Kencana Sub<br />district, Tanjung Unggat Sub-district, and Kampung Bugis Sub-district. The purpose of this study was to evaluate <br />the implementation of stunting management policies by the Dinas Kesehatan, Pengendalian Penduduk dan <br />Keluarga Berencana Kota Tanjungpinang. The study used a library research method as its primary approach. The <br />data analyzed was secondary, namely information gathered from various sources such as scientific journals, books, <br />and websites related to the research topic. Based on the evaluation of the implementation of stunting management <br />policies in Tanjungpinang City, it can be concluded that the stunting management program implemented by the <br />Dinas Kesehatan, Pengendalian Penduduk dan Keluarga Berencana Kota Tanjungpinang. has shown positive <br />progress. The urgency of this research lies in its <br />effort to develop a formulation for managing and harnessing ecotourism potential to enhance regional tourism. The <br />goal of this study is to establish an effective management formulation and identify the potential of ecotourism in <br />supporting regional tourism development. This research adopts a qualitative method, covering the process from <br />problem formulation to data processing related to the management and potential of ecotourism. A literature review <br />serves as the initial foundation for data collection in this study. The data analysis is conducted using the analytical <br />tool VOSviewer, aimed at transforming data into visual representations or visual analyses. This study aims to identify and <br />analyze the factors influencing the effectiveness of the village head's role in resolving land disputes. Using a <br />descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The <br />results show that the effectiveness of the village head's role is influenced by eight main factors: work quality, <br />knowledge, creativity, cooperation, resilience, initiative, personal qualities, and work quantity. These factors <br />interact to affect the village head's performance as a mediator in resolving land disputes. A good understanding <br />of land regulations and effective communication skills with the community are crucial in the mediation process. <br />Additionally, the creativity and resilience of the village head in handling social and emotional challenges from <br />the conflicting parties are key to successful mediation. Strong cooperation between the village head and related <br />agencies such as the National Land Agency (BPN), as well as community leaders, further strengthens the village <br />head's role as a neutral and trusted party. This study aims to evaluate the waste management policy, which <br />is expected to address these issues. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with <br />purposive sampling, involving informants from the local government, UPT Waste Management <br />employees, and the local community. Data were collected through observations, interviews, and <br />documentation, and analyzed using NVivo 12 software. The results of the study show that the waste <br />management policy in Panca Rijang District has had a positive impact on raising public awareness <br />about the importance of waste management. However, its implementation still faces several <br />challenges that hinder the effectiveness of the policy, such as limited facilities, low public <br />participation, and insufficient supervision. The policy evaluation based on indicators of effectiveness, <br />efficiency, adequacy, equity, responsiveness, and accuracy reveals that while the policy is fairly <br />effective, there are still disparities in service, especially in remote areas, and inadequate facilities. The <br />main obstacles identified in this study are the lack of waste management facilities, low public <br />awareness, and limited funding for better management. This phenomenon indicates the <br />effectiveness of the party’s political strategies in a local context colored by patronage, clientelism, and campaign <br />modernization. This study aims to analyze the political strategies and their implementation in increasing <br />electability. A descriptive qualitative approach was used, employing in-depth interviews, observation, and <br />documentation. The results show that NasDem’s success was influenced by a modernized patron-client strategy <br />through local political brokers, selective distribution of aid, use of development issues, and close social ties with the <br />community. This approach is strengthened by careful socio-political mapping and strengthening of grassroots party <br />structures. These findings imply that adaptive strategies that consider local context and social relationships can <br />significantly improve a party’s electability at the regional level. This study aims to determine community participation <br />in road infrastructure development in Panreng Village, Baranti District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The <br />population of this study was 1,501 family cards and a sample of 91 respondents determined using the Slovin <br />formula and purposive sampling techniques. The type of research used is quantitative research. Data collection <br />techniques were carried out through observation, questionnaires, and literature studies. Data analysis <br />techniques were with the help of IMB SPSS statistics 26. The results of this study from the results of the <br />questionnaire obtained a recapitulation of community participation variables of 65% in the "Good" category. <br />Recapitulation of infrastructure development variables of 64% in the "Good" category. Digital transformation, as an innovative solution, is expected to enhance the efficiency and <br />effectiveness of public services. This study aims to determine the influence of digital transformation on employee <br />performance. The research employs a quantitative approach with an associative type of study. Data collection <br />techniques include observation, questionnaires, and literature review. The data were analyzed using validity tests, <br />reliability tests, and simple linear regression with the help of IBM SPSS 21.0 software. The results show that digital <br />transformation is rated as "very good" with an average score of 86%, reflecting successful implementation in <br />cataloging, horizontal integration, and vertical integration. Likewise, employee performance is also categorized as <br />very good, with the same average score of 86%, based on indicators such as quality of service, communication, <br />promptness, capability, and initiative. Based on the simple regression test, the value of R = 0.827 and R² = 0.684 <br />indicates that 68.4% of employee performance is influenced by digital transformation, while the remaining 31.6% is <br />influenced by other factors. The t-test results show that digital transformation has a positive and significant effect <br />on employee performance, with a t-count greater than t-table and a significance value of less than 0.001. This low number shows that there are obstacles in people's political involvement, one of which is related to voter behavior. This study aims to analyze the influence of voter behavior on the level of participation in the Regional Elections. Voter behavior is studied through sociological, psychological, and rational approaches. In Sukabumi City, voter behavior tends to be rational-pragmatic, namely voting based on considerations of direct benefits and concrete personal interests. This research uses a mixed method, with data collection through surveys, interviews, and documentation. The results of the regression analysis showed that voter behavior had a significant effect on participation, both individually and collectively. The main problem of this research focuses on how the traditional art of Topeng Malangan can adapt and be accepted in the international arena without losing its authentic values, with the argument that the right adaptation strategy can maintain the essence of local culture while attracting global audiences. Using a qualitative approach with a case study method, the results show that Padepokan Asmorobangun applies several adaptive strategies in internationalization, including: simplification of the duration of the performance from 9-10 hours to 10 minutes without losing the authentic essence, reduction in the use of verbal language, emphasis on characterization patterns through intensified movements and expressions, and selection of the story “Sayembara Adu Jago” which has universal values. Despite facing significant challenges in terms of funding and limited preparation time, participation in the International Mask Festival (IMF) 2023 has had a positive impact in the form of expanding international cooperation networks and increasing Padepokan Asmorobangun's reputation in the global arena. However, its implementation has some challenges, especially related to accountability. This study aims to analyze the accountability of village-owned enterprises (BUMDes) innovation in improving the capacity and participation of the community in the village of Panggungharjo, Yogyakarta. The research methods used are case studies and literature from various journals and government sites relevant to BUMDes, especially Panggungharjo Village. Namun, terdapat beberapa tantangan dalam implementasinya, terutama terkait akuntabilitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis akuntabilitas inovasi Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) dalam meningkatkan kapasitas dan partisipasi masyarakat di Desa Panggungharjo, Yogyakarta. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach based on literature study to illustrate the differences in policies, practices, as well as supporting and inhibiting factors in applying the program’s five key indicators: governance, public services, supervision, community participation, and local wisdom. The analysis shows that the success of the program is strongly influenced by integrity-based leadership, active community involvement, supportive local regulations, and the strengthening of cultural values. Although each village has shown positive achievements, several challenges remain, such as limited technological infrastructure, the absence of specific anti-corruption regulations, and low participation from vulnerable groups. Although the village has established a BUMDes unit focusing on <br />office supplies, its management has not been optimal and does not yet reflect the village’s full potential. This <br />research employs a descriptive qualitative approach with data collected through observation, in-depth interviews, <br />and documentation. Data analysis was carried out using the Miles and Huberman model and assisted by NVivo <br />12 Plus software. The findings reveal six major potentials in Kanie Village: natural resources, human resources, <br />economic potential, socio-cultural aspects, institutional capacity, and geography. However, most of these <br />potentials have not been fully utilized by BUMDes. The recommended development strategies include <br />community empowerment, increased transparency, provision of capital and infrastructure, optimization of local <br />resources, and collaboration with third parties. The main problem concerns <br />the low level of community involvement across various stages of BUMDes governance, including planning, <br />implementation, utilization, and evaluation. A qualitative descriptive method was used, with data collected <br />through observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation. Data analysis employed NVivo 12 Plus to <br />uncover participation patterns and dominant governance principles. The findings indicate that most community <br />participation occurs during the implementation stage, while decision-making and evaluation are dominated by <br />village officials. The presence of <br />street vendors (PKL) during this cultural celebration creates significant economic opportunities. However, the lack <br />of understanding of how the Towani Tolotang ceremony impacts the income of street vendors (PKL) in Tellu Limpoe <br />District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. This study aims to examine the effect of the Towani Tolotang traditional <br />ceremony on the increase in PKL income. The method used is a quantitative approach with a survey technique <br />through closed-ended questionnaires distributed to 35 PKL respondents. Data were analyzed using simple linear <br />regression with the help of SPSS. The results show that the traditional ceremony has a positive and significant effect <br />on increasing PKL income, with an average income increase of 82%. The regression analysis yielded an R² value of <br />0.166 and a significance of 0.015 (< 0.05), supporting the research hypothesis. The main factors driving the increase <br />in income include high visitor enthusiasm (85%), strategic location, product types, duration of the event, as well as <br />the active role of the traditional committee and support from the local government. This traditional ceremony has <br />proven to strengthen the economic circulation of the informal sector while also strengthening social relationships <br />and the cultural identity of the community. The main problem addressed is how the structure of power functioned during these two <br />major dynasties and the extent to which the political thought of figures such as Al-Farabi, Al-Mawardi, and Ibn <br />Khaldun reflects the political reality of their time. This study aims to analyze the characteristics of the Umayyad <br />and Abbasid power systems and relate them to the construction of state theory developed within Islamic political <br />philosophy. The method used is a qualitative approach through library research and descriptive analysis of <br />primary and secondary sources. The findings reveal that the Umayyad government system was marked by <br />power centralization and dynastic consolidation, while the Abbasid period introduced administrative and <br />intellectual innovations despite maintaining a monarchical structure. Each of the three Islamic thinkers studied <br />developed an ideal concept of statehood in response to the political conditions of their time. This study aims to identify the root causes of institutional conflict between Batam City <br />Government and Batam Concession Agency, analyze the impact of institutional politics on the <br />effectiveness of governance and public services, present realistic and strategic policy alternatives to <br />resolve institutional problems in Batam City, and provide recommendations based on the principles of <br />good governanceThe method used is qualitative research with a case study approach, with secondary data <br />sourced from books, articles, journals, documents and other literature studies.The results show that the <br />issue of institutional dualism between the Batam City Government and the Batam Concession Agency <br />has long been a source of institutional tension that affects the quality of governance, the effectiveness of <br />public services, as well as public and investor confidence. Although a solution has been sought through an <br />ex-officio mechanism, this approach has not fully resolved the root of the problem, namely overlapping <br />authority, lack of coordination, and weak public participation. This is an important issue that requires effective handling from <br />policy makers. The purpose of this study is to analyze and identify conflicts between two different types of <br />transportation services using the functional theory of conflict initiated by Lewis A. Coser using indicators of social <br />change and adjustment, social stability, encouraging awareness and group identity, and problem solving and <br />negotiation. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative conducted with in-depth interviews, <br />observation and documentation data collection. Based on the results of the research, the handling of conflicts that <br />occur between online taxis and taxis at El Tari Kupang airport has not been carried out effectively, the regulations <br />made have not provided full answers to consumer needs, and regulations related to limiting the operational zone of <br />online taxis at the airport have not been fully accepted by the community both from the users of online <br />transportation services and as the business actors of onine taxis and are considered monopolistic. This area faces threats from China's unilateral claims through the Nine-Dash Line policy which is <br />contrary to the principles of UNCLOS 1982 and disrupts Indonesia's Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ). This <br />study aims to analyze Indonesia's diplomatic strategy in maintaining sovereignty in the region using the <br />Mandala theory perspective. The Mandala theory, which originates from the traditional Asian power system, <br />offers a conceptual framework that places the state as the center of power with a layered circle of influence. This <br />study uses a qualitative method through a literature review approach by analyzing various academic sources, <br />government policies, and scientific news data. The results of the study show that Indonesia's diplomatic <br />strategy includes strengthening power (Mandala Inti), forming a central regional alliance (Sandhi), an active <br />free neutral stance (Asana), and the duality of hard and soft strategies (Dvaidhibhava). The integration of the <br />active free diplomacy approach and the Mandala theory allows Indonesia to implement an adaptive, contextual, <br />and local value-based foreign policy in the face of geopolitical pressure.
